Job summary

Galaxy Auto Works is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support premium automotive services with social media, content creation, and campaign support. Fresher or 0-1 year experience is welcome; bachelor's in Digital Marketing or Mass Media is preferred, with a digital marketing certification a plus.

You will handle social platforms, create engaging content with Canva and basic editing, assist campaigns, and help with SEO, lead generation, and reputation monitoring in a fast-paced luxury

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube with automotive content.
• Content Creation: posts, reels, videos using Canva and basic editing.
• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring Google Ads and social campaigns.
• Lead Generation: support online lead-generation activities and record leads.
• Website & SEO: update website content and support basic SEO tasks.
• Online Reputation: monitor reviews and coordinate responses.
• Automotive Content: research luxury cars and related topics.
• Influencer Marketing: coordinate with automotive influencers and communities.
• Marketing Reports: prepare basic reports on performance and leads.
• Market Research: monitor trends and competitors for new opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Executive Fresher to support the company's digital marketing activities for our premium automotive services. The role will involve social media management, content creation, online promotions, lead generation and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Manage and regularly update Instagram, Facebook and YouTube with engaging automotive content.
2. Content Creation: Create attractive posts, reels, videos and luxury car showcase content using Canva and basic video-editing tools.
3. Digital Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing and monitoring Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns under guidance.
4. Lead Generation: Support online lead-generation activities and maintain proper records of enquiries and leads.
5. Website & SEO: Assist in updating website content and supporting basic SEO and website-performance activities.
6. Online Reputation: Monitor customer reviews, comments and messages and coordinate appropriate responses.
7. Automotive Content: Research and create interesting content related to luxury cars, servicing, detailing, PPF and ceramic coating.
8. Influencer Marketing: Assist in identifying and coordinating with automotive influencers, car enthusiasts and relevant online communities.
9. Marketing Reports: Prepare basic reports covering social media performance, engagement, leads and campaign results.
10. Market Research: Monitor competitors, digital marketing trends and popular automotive content to identify new marketing opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing / Mass Media

A Digital Marketing certification from a recognised institute will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar content-creation tools.
• Basic video-editing and reel-creation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging digital content.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced automotive environment

Preferred Candidate

• Strong interest in luxury and supercars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
• Candidates who actively follow automotive social media pages and understand current automotive content trends will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of car detailing, PPF and ceramic coating will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have created social media posts, reels or digital content during college, internships or personal projects will be preferred.
