Symbiosis Management Consultants seeks an experienced Digital Marketing & Brand Management professional to drive growth and strengthen brand presence across North India. The role requires leadership of campaigns, data-driven ROI optimization, and collaboration with Sales, CRM, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel strategies, optimize UX and conversions, and lead agency partnerships, while driving dashboards and KPI monitoring

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive digital presence across Website, Social Media, Search Engines & Online Marketplaces.
• Lead Performance Marketing & Lead Generation campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, SEM, YouTube, Display & Social Media.
• Track and optimize campaigns based on ROI, conversions and performance analytics.
• Lead Content & Social Media Strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Drive digital storytelling, product launches, campaign promotions and customer success stories.
• Manage Website UX, Conversion Optimization, Customer Journey & Marketing Automation.
• Integrate digital marketing initiatives with CRM and lead nurturing programs.
• Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign ROI.
• Support the dealer network through digital marketing toolkits, local campaigns and online lead management.
• Lead internal teams and external digital marketing agencies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Planning, CRM, Customer Care & Corporate Communications.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies and vendor relationships.
