Job summary

Agile Infomix is seeking a Digital Marketing & AI Operations Manager to lead our digital marketing team, manage client relationships, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and delivery quality.

You will oversee content creation, social media strategy, and act as the primary client POC, driving communications, expectations and renewals while implementing SOPs to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Onsite in Guwahati.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience in social media marketing and content planning.
• Experience managing a team and multiple client accounts.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.
• Strong communication, organisational, problem-solving and client management skills.

Responsibilities
