Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is hiring a Digital Finance Product Owner to define, prioritise, and deliver digital finance solutions that streamline processes, reporting, and analytics. You will bridge Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to drive measurable value and finance transformation.

In this role, you will lead roadmaps, translate requirements into features, manage backlogs, and collaborate across ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, and OneStream.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certifications: CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA or Product Owner are advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.
• Translate finance requirements into product features, user stories, and priorities.
• Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, testing, and releases.
• Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements are met.

Digital Finance Product Owner

Description

The Digital Finance Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital finance solutions that enhance financial processes, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency. Acting as the link between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, the role ensures finance products deliver measurable business value and support the organization's finance transformation agenda.

• Work Develop and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.
• Translate finance business requirements into product features, user stories, and delivery priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Drive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or Product Owner certifications are advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred
• Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
