Job summary

Iatocs is seeking a DAM specialist to manage the DAM system, upload assets, and maintain metadata within Veeva Vault Promo mats. You will ensure asset metadata accuracy, apply tagging, and support taxonomy development to optimize asset retrieval.

Strong domain knowledge and documentation skills are essential. The role requires hands-on DAM experience, familiarity with workflows, and the ability to govern asset content across formats (images, video, documents).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Strong understanding of DAM concepts, asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, and content governance.
• Experience managing large digital asset repositories.
• Experience with metadata schemas, tagging, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomies.
• Experience with DAM user/role/permission management.
• Experience with workflows, approvals, collections, portals, and asset distribution.
• Strong understanding of digital content operations.
• Good knowledge of image, video, document, and other digital asset formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Manages the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and facilitate the uploading of videos, images, and files in all formats
• Maintains Metadata and Title update for all the assets in Veeva Vault Promo mats.
• Maintains Quality check in Reference links and annotations for all type of assets.
• Responsible for assigning metadata and tagging assets.
• Responsible for generation and maintaining of tags for key fields like Title, keyword, download file and other critical fields in the page.
• Generation of documents and reports for assets in DAM and Creates and manages keyword taxonomy and facilitate the uploading of the same into DAM.

• Strong hands-on experience with Widen DAM / Acquia DAM.
