Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced AEP Specialist to collaborate with clients and design Adobe Experience Platform-based solutions. The role focuses on RTCDP configuration, data ingestion, modeling, segmentation and personalization to meet client needs.

You will define data strategy and governance practices, build data schemas in AEP, ensure data quality and integrate data streams via APIs/SDKs, while guiding and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and data integration workflows.
• Familiarity with data ingestion, data modeling, segmentation and personalization within AEP.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data strategy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and design AEP-based solutions.
• Develop and implement AEP solutions such as RTCDP, configuring data ingestion, modeling, segmentation and personalization.
• Assist clients in defining data strategy, data collection and governance practices.

• Apply data quality rules and validate data quality.

• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

• Apply data quality rules and validate data quality.
• Leverage AEPs APIs and SDKs to stream data from different application connectors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
