Job summary

VeeFly Global Tech is seeking motivated freshers to join its digital advertising operations. You will work directly on live Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and learn how large-scale YouTube advertising functions in a fast-paced team.

You’ll operate through an internal Ads Operations Dashboard and collaborate with senior team members to optimize spend and outcomes. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with spreadsheets are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Video & Demand Gen).
• Use the internal Ads Operations Dashboard to track performance and pacing.
• Monitor KPIs like CPV, CPM, and Conversions and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain daily tracking sheets and prepare weekly performance summaries.
• Collaborate with seniors via Slack to plan optimizations.

Job Summary

At VeeFly Global Tech, we run hundreds of Google Ads campaigns daily to help YouTube creators grow their views, audience reach, and subscribers globally. We are looking for highly motivated freshers who are curious about digital advertising, YouTube growth, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

This is not a passive monitoring role. You will work directly on live ad campaigns, analyze performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and learn how large-scale YouTube advertising operations function. A core part of this role involves operating through our internal Ads Operations Dashboard, the central command center where our teams track performance, monitor live pacing, and make critical optimization decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Video & Demand Gen) to boost views, subscribers, and watch time.
• Data Analysis: Use our internal Ads Operations Dashboard daily to track performance trends, monitor spend pacing, and make data-driven decisions.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor metrics like CPV, CPM, and Conversions, quickly troubleshooting any underperforming campaigns.
• Reporting: Maintain daily tracking sheets, build weekly performance summaries, and document operational issues.
• Collaboration: Work with senior team members via Slack to plan optimizations and elevate blockers.
