Responsibilities span policy compliance, client assessments, personalised diet plans, service delivery, records, and team coordination to ensure high satisfaction and outcomes. The role involves training, event support and continuous improvement in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with VLCC slimming policies, SOPs, R&D guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor centre performance, client success rate, regularity, package completion and overall service delivery.
• Conduct/ensure client assessments, health & habit analysis, counselling, diet planning and individualized slimming programs.
• Ensure timely execution of DNA Slim, medical, fitness, BCA and other prescribed assessments.
• Monitor client progress, follow-ups, irregular/break clients and take corrective actions to improve results.
• Coordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Therapists and other centre teams for effective client management.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client records, CPR, DRR, software entries, reports and Google Forms.
• Manage client appointments, capacity utilization, duty rosters and package execution.
• Ensure equipment, consumables, stock, hygiene and departmental infrastructure are maintained as per SOP.
• Handle client complaints and ensure prompt resolution with appropriate escalation.
• Drive client satisfaction, focused product sales, upselling, cross-selling and achievement of team sales targets.
• Monitor OSR, service delivery and performance reports and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure staff induction, training, post-training implementation, soft-skill development and performance improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings, address grievances and provide guidance and motivation.
• Ensure timely submission of corporate/R&D reports, success stories, transformation cases and medical improvement data.
• Ensure minimum attrition and maintain high standards of service quality and client experience.
• Support centre/corporate slimming events and undertake other responsibilities assigned by management.
• Generate required records and reports from software/slimming cards.
• Participate in outdoor slimming camps, events and company initiatives as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Corporate/Management.
