Job summary

VECURA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad seeks a capable manager to lead the slimming department, guide client consultations, and recommend tailored programs that deliver measurable results. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff training, and maintain high hygiene and service standards for exceptional client experiences.

The role targets monthly revenue, team growth, and client retention through promotions and coordinated care with dieticians and physiotherapists for holistic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; nutrition/fitness certification is an advantage.
• 36 years' experience in slimming, wellness or clinic management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales/target-achievement experience.
• Knowledge of slimming treatments, machines and wellness programs.
• Experience in wellness, slimming, beauty/aesthetic or healthcare clinics is preferred.
