Job summary

DRAIPL's new Real Estate Division in Mumbai is seeking an accomplished AVP Structures with 18–20 years of experience to lead the Structural Design function for a luxury development at Mahalaxmi.

You will drive technical excellence, oversee design delivery for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects, mentor the team, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure quality, budgeting and adherence to design standards.

Qualifications
