Job summary

Busy Infotech in Delhi seeks a seasoned FP&A leader to own the financial planning and analysis function. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value in reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with the CFO and leadership to deliver measurable improvements.

You will lead MIS, budgeting, AOP, and ROI analyses, build business cases, and support strategic initiatives. Your role includes investor decks, KPI tracking, automation, and mentoring the FP&A team.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years FP&A/Business Finance experience with team management.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Excel, financial modelling, and executive presentations.
• Experience with BI/planning tools; implementation experience is an advantage.
• Preferred industry experience: Telecom, E-commerce, Retail, or SaaS.
• Self-driven with a strong problem-solving and stakeholder management mindset.
