Job summary

Talental Consultings is seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to drive API/CDMO projects from initiation to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Engineering, SCM, Regulatory, BD and Finance.

You will prepare plans, milestones, dashboards, manage risks, timelines and resources, and support the MD/leadership with strategic initiatives, technology transfer, scale-up, and new product development.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of PM/PMO/Operations/R&D coordination in API, CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of API development, scale-up, technology transfer and commercial manufacturing.
• Experience working with senior management/MD office/CXO office preferred.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Candidates from API/CDMO companies with strong project execution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for API/CDMO projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Engineering, SCM, Regulatory, BD and Finance.

• Track progress, costs, resources, risks and critical dependencies.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks; coordinate with heads for resolution.

• Coordinate technology transfer, scale-up, commercialization and new product development.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure closure of actions.
• Develop MIS and presentations for MD/Management reviews.
• Support prioritization and execution of multiple strategic projects simultaneously.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management professional to work closely with the MD’s Office and drive strategic API/CDMO projects from initiation to execution. The role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery of key business and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for API/CDMO projects from planning to execution.
• Work closely with R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Engineering, SCM, Regulatory, BD and Finance teams.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, dashboards and management reports.
• Track project progress, costs, resources, risks and critical dependencies.
• Identify delays/bottlenecks and coordinate with functional heads for timely resolution.
• Support the MD/leadership team in strategic initiatives, business reviews and special projects.
• Coordinate technology transfer, scale-up, commercialization and new product/project development activities.

Candidate Profile
