Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head - Projects to lead and manage capital projects, plant expansions, brownfield/greenfield initiatives, for our CDMO API manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership in project execution, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects, including greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and debottlenecking initiatives.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Engineering, and Validation teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and handover of manufacturing facilities and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, engineering standards, and company quality systems.
• Drive project completion within approved cost, schedule, and quality parameters.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and safe execution of projects.
• Establish and monitor engineering documentation in line with GDP and compliance requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of safety policies, risk assessments, and statutory regulations across all project activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
