Job summary

Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) is seeking a Sr. Consultant – Network Infrastructure to lead design and implementation for complex client networks across Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Pune.

You will engage with clients, translate requirements into engineering plans and work with vendors to deploy resilient WAN/LAN solutions. The role requires 8–11 years of experience in network consulting, strong OSI/TCP-IP fundamentals, and hands-on expertise with devices from major vendors.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in network consulting, design & implementation.
• CCNP/JNCIP/PCNSE certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSI/TCP-IP, subnetting, L2/L3 tech.
• Cloud networking familiarity (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SD-WAN exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead network design and implementation for client projects.
• Engage with clients and vendors to deliver robust WAN/LAN solutions.
• Support project delivery with hands-on networking work.

Role : Sr. Consultant – Network Infrastructure

Location : Delhi NCR | Bangalore | Pune

Exp. Req .: 8–11 Years Preference for early joiners (within 30 days)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or a related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in network consulting, design & implementation, ideally in a client-facing or project delivery role.
• Professional-level certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or PCNSE are preferred
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: OSI & TCP/IP models, subnetting, Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies.
• Expertise in core network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VxLAN, VPNs, etc.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment from major vendors.
• Good knowledge of security components like firewall.
• Experience with modern networking concepts like SD-WAN, virtualization, cloud networking & SDN.
• Familiarity with cloud networking in Azure, AWS & GCP.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written & verbal.
