Job summary

EY is hiring a Sr. Consultant – Network Infrastructure to lead design and delivery of advanced network solutions. You will engage with clients, assess requirements, and implement robust network architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of networking protocols, security, SD-WAN, and modern virtualized networking concepts, with strong communication in English. Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune locations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in network consulting, design & implementation in client-facing roles.
• Professional-level certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or PCNSE are preferred.
• Solid understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models, subnetting, Layer 2/3 technologies.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VxLAN, VPNs, etc.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment from major vendors.
• Good knowledge of security components like firewall.
• Experience with SD-WAN, virtualization, cloud networking & SDN.
• Familiarity with cloud networking in Azure, AWS & GCP.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written & verbal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE or a related field.
