Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm charts, ingress controllers, service meshes).
• Strong scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, or Go).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and SSL/TLS management.
• Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and branch protection.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain multi-environment cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Manage and scale containerized apps on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) and Docker.
• Implement centralized logging, metrics, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
• Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST, container scanning, secret management) into pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve production issues.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and maintain our scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with software engineering and security teams to improve deployment velocity, infrastructure reliability, system observability, and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, provision, and maintain multi-environment cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and optimize automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Container Orchestration: Manage and scale containerized applications running on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) and Docker.
• Observability & Monitoring: Implement centralized logging, metrics, and alerting stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK) to maintain >99.9% uptime.
• Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST, container scanning, secret management via HashiCorp Vault/AWS Secrets Manager) into delivery pipelines.
• Incident Management: Participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose, triage, and resolve production infrastructure and deployment issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider ( AWS , GCP , or Azure ).
• Containers & Orchestration: Proven production experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm charts, ingress controllers, service meshes).
• Scripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language ( Python , Bash , or Go ).
• Networking & Systems: Solid understanding of Linux systems administration, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and SSL/TLS management.
• Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and branch protection strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD).
• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions) and microservices patterns.
• Familiarity with database administration, caching layers (Redis), and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Pay: ₹398,598.99 - ₹1,621,620.41 per year
