Big Assets Infra is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in Kolkata. The role focuses on GCP services, MongoDB administration, and container orchestration to ensure reliability and efficient deployments.

The candidate will collaborate with development teams to containerize applications, implement observability, and optimize costs and performance across environments.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially App Engine and Cloud Run.
• Proven experience in MongoDB administration, schema design, replication, sharding, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
• Skilled in Linux system administration (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, and GCP Monitoring).
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Shell, Python, or Go.
