Job summary

Yitro-Global is seeking a GCP DevOps and Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will apply deep GCP knowledge and strong DevOps practices to improve reliability and performance.

Role requires 2–4 years in DevOps/SRE, proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scripting. Collaboration across teams and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of DevOps or SRE experience.
• Strong experience with GCP services and infra management.
• IaC tooling proficiency, especially Terraform.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Python/Bash/Go and CI/CD expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure cloud infra using GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Functions).
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform; automate provisioning and config management.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Implement monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring.
• Manage container orchestration on GKE; ensure security and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams on microservices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) in addition to GCP
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions using GCP services including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools to automate cloud resource provisioning and management
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Jenkins, or similar tools to enable rapid and reliable software delivery
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and other observability tools to ensure system reliability and performance
• Manage container orchestration using GKE, implementing best practices for cluster management, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to implement microservices architecture and containerization strategies
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance requirements
