Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage AWS cloud infrastructure in India. You will automate deployments across Dev, UAT, Staging, and Production, and build containerized apps with Docker.

Strong AWS/Jenkins experience and automation skills are essential. You will also configure Linux servers, implement monitoring and security best practices, manage secrets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of DevOps/Cloud experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in build automation, testing integration, deployment automation, rollback strategies, and pipeline notifications/failure handling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and manage Jenkins pipelines using declarative and/or scripted pipelines.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Automate application deployment across Development, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Build and maintain Docker images and containerized applications.
• Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and release processes.
• Implement infrastructure and deployment automation using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Configure Linux servers and troubleshoot application/server‑level issues.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for apps and infra.
• Troubleshoot failed builds, deployments, server issues, networking problems, and production incidents.
• Implement security best practices for AWS infra and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage environment‑specific configuration, secrets, and credentials securely.
• Automate repetitive operational activities using Shell/Bash or Python scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infra teams to improve deployment reliability.
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation for infra, deployment processes, and 운영 procedures.
