We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring systems behind Trida Labs products.
Our services run on Render, including web services, background workers, managed PostgreSQL, and Redis, with Docker images published to Docker Hub and Netlify used for frontend preview builds. You'll work across deployments, containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, configuration, and production troubleshooting.
Build and manage Render services for TridaPad, AgentSQL, and TridaPad MCP Server.
Configure web services, background workers, managed PostgreSQL, networking, and service dependencies.
Manage environment-specific configuration and deployment settings across development, preview, and production.
Build, tag and publish Docker images to Docker Hub, including TridaPad's multi-stage frontend and backend build.
Troubleshoot container builds, deployments, service dependencies, and environment-specific failures.
Set up CI/CD pipelines for tests, image builds, and deploys.
Automate repetitive deployment and infrastructure tasks.
Add deployment checks and safeguards to reduce release failures.
Maintain Netlify preview builds and their routing to the preview backend.
Set up monitoring and alerting for the API, RQ workers, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Extend Sentry coverage and improve error visibility across backend services and workers.
Identify resource, performance, and availability issues from logs and operational data.
Investigate service failures and production incidents and identify root causes.
Maintain the Redis infrastructure used by RQ for ad-hoc and scheduled query jobs.

Standardize Python versions across services (currently 3.13, 3.11 and 3.12).
Maintain deployment and operational documentation.
You'll own deployment and infrastructure work from implementation through production support, working closely with Backend, Frontend, AI, Data, and QA teams.
3–5 years of professional DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability experience.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Experience deploying and operating web applications and background workers.
Experience with managed cloud or hosting platforms.
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production incident response.
Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, ports, and firewalls.
Experience managing environment variables, credentials, and secrets.
Understanding of infrastructure security and access control.
Experience with Render, Heroku, or similar managed platforms.
Experience with Docker Compose and nginx.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RQ, or similar background job systems.
Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.
Experience with Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
Experience deploying Python, Flask, FastAPI, or React applications.
Experience supporting self-hosted software deployments.
Experience supporting AI/LLM applications or data-intensive platforms.
A typical workflow starts with a user asking a question in natural language. AgentSQL generates SQL, TridaPad executes it against the customer's data source, and the results are returned for analysis and visualization.
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll run the services behind each step, from the application containers and RQ workers to PostgreSQL, Redis, deployments, and monitoring.
Trida Labs is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can contribute and grow.
You do not need to match every requirement listed above to apply. If you have strong experience in some areas and are motivated to learn the rest, we'd still like to hear from you.
