Job summary

Virtusa in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior DevOps Technical Lead to drive cloud platform initiatives and provide technical leadership across teams. You will architect scalable AWS infrastructure, lead EKS platform engineering, and guide best practices for CI/CD and observability.

The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, own complex tasks, and help improve deployment scalability and reliability within a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Position: Senior DevOps Technical Lead

Experience: 10+ Years (10–15 years preferred)

Mandatory Skills

• AWS Cloud
• Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
• Terraform
• Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Alerting & Troubleshooting)
• Kubernetes
• CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Production support, root cause analysis, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

• Prior software development experience with a good understanding of application architecture and SDLC
• Cloud, automation, and platform engineering
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
