Job Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
• Drive talent development, performance management, mentoring, and career progression.
• Ensure successful execution of Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align delivery priorities with business and technical objectives.
• Drive effective backlog refinement, capacity planning, and sprint execution to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, proactively identifying and resolving risks, impediments, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, engineering standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations across the project.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between development, testing, infrastructure, operations, and release management teams.
• Ensure monitoring project health through delivery metrics, operational KPIs, incident trends.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms.
• Promote knowledge sharing, cross-skilling, and reduction of key-person dependencies within the team.
• Support release planning, deployment readiness, production support activities, and major incident management when required.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies including AI-driven DevOps practices.
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely status reporting.
• Ensure effective onboarding, coaching, and integration of new team members into the project and organization.
• Contribute to resource planning, hiring activities, and workforce capability development to meet current and future project demands.
• Drive team engagement and participation in organizational initiatives, technical communities, and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications Required: BE, MSc, MCA, Computer Science or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years experience in DevOps.

Work Experience

• Working knowledge on AzureDevOps, CI/CD, Cloud (preferably Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, deployment tools etc.
