Job summary

MindInventory in Ahmedabad, India is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps/Cloud Lead with 10+ years of experience to architect and drive cloud initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will lead a technical team, design scalable cloud infrastructure, and champion DevOps best practices in client projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps, cloud infra, or cloud consulting experience.
• Proficient with AWS, Azure and GCP core services and architectures.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, IaC, containers, orchestration, and automation.
• Strong Linux, scripting, networking, security, and DR/monitoring skills.
• Experience in client-facing technical consulting and pre-sales is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Lead with 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and cloud consulting. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with expertise in designing scalable cloud solutions, leading technical teams, and driving DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the DevOps and Cloud team, ensuring effective technical delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automation, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps.
• Manage Linux environments, scripting, cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, security, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and logging.
• Evaluate existing client infrastructure and recommend cloud migration, modernization, optimization, and automation strategies.
• Understand client business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate cloud architectures and solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.
• Prepare high-level cloud architecture designs, technical proposals, infrastructure estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with sales, business development, engineering, and project delivery teams to develop effective cloud solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve cloud performance, security, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or Cloud Consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including their core services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, orchestration, and automation.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major CI/CD platform.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, scripting, networking, cloud security, IAM/RBAC, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Experience designing cloud solutions, assessing infrastructure, and planning cloud migrations or modernization initiatives.
• Experience in client-facing technical consulting, solution design, and pre-sales support.
• Ability to prepare cloud architecture diagrams, technical proposals, effort estimates, and SOWs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
