Expleo Group in Chennai invites a Development Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in powertrain and chassis components, forging, casting, and sheet metal parts.

You will collaborate with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers, manage stakeholders, and contribute to APQP documentation while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
• Experience with powertrain and chassis components is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• APQP documentation knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions for powertrain and chassis components.
• Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs; manage stakeholders.
• Contribute to APQP documentation and quality processes.
• Support immediate joiners and onboarding.
• Target OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers for candidate sourcing.
