Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and integration of new or existing applications, systems, programs, or software including documentation, testing and collaborating with business users to understand requirements and translating into technical solutions. Analyze customer needs and design technical solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Medline India is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong technical Front end, Back end, middleware and database skills. This role requires designing and developing complex web and mobile applications and ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
Key responsibilities include coding, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies like ReactJS, Node.js, java, microservices, QA automation, Devops and cloud platforms.
A "roll up the sleeves" attitude with a learner’s mindset for experimenting and adopting new technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, peers, and senior management. Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. Team-oriented with great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
