Job summary

UST is seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Customization Developer in Chennai to design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications. You will implement plugins, workflows, and integrations, while configuring forms, views, dashboards, and security to meet business needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, and REST-based integrations. Collaboration with stakeholders and strong ALM practices are essential.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization Development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Business Rules
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Security Roles
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Functions
• Familiarity with Solution Management, Deployment, and ALM
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules is preferred
