Job summary

OneInbox in APAC is hiring to improve the developer experience by delivering refreshed quickstarts, robust SDKs, and clear documentation. You’ll audit existing SDKs, write accurate samples, and talk to developers to understand friction.

In the first 90 days you’ll own an SDK end-to-end, present at regional conferences, and define DevRel metrics tied to revenue and platform stickiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building developer tools, SDKs, or technical content that developers actually used.
• Strong code — you can ship a non-trivial sample app in a weekend.
• Excellent writing. A public body of work (blog, OSS, talks) is a major plus.
• You read API docs critically and notice when they're lying.
• Comfortable speaking at conferences, running workshops, and recording videos.

Responsibilities

• Build with our APIs as a real developer would. Document every friction point.
• Audit existing SDKs, docs, and sample apps for accuracy, recency, and coverage.
• Talk to 10 developers actively building on OneInbox and 10 who tried and dropped off.
• Ship a refreshed quickstart in TypeScript and Python that gets a real call working in under 10 minutes.
• Stand up a documentation pattern (concepts, how-tos, reference, recipes) — and start filling it.
• Run the first OneInbox developer office hours and write the first 3 deep tutorials.
• Own at least one SDK end-to-end and ship the next minor release.
• Land OneInbox on the stage at a regional developer conference.
• Define and report on DevRel metrics that map to revenue and platform stickiness.
