Description

The Associate Project Manager / Scrum Master coordinates project delivery across partner dependencies, maintains scrum boards, and runs Agile ceremonies for AI Governance, Compliance, and Gen AI Platform Improvements. This role works closely with Managers, Team Leads, and Business Analysts to keep delivery visible, realistic, and unblocked. It requires technical comfort with architecture and API-level conversations, but it is not a coding role

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Run sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain scrum boards, delivery tracking, and sprint visibility for the team.
• Coordinate dependencies across partner teams and initiatives, surfacing and escalating blockers early.
• Work with Managers and Team Leads to keep sprint commitments realistic, transparent, and achievable.
• Support Business Analysts in translating requirements into trackable delivery items.
• Help the team maintain healthy estimation, delivery discipline, and follow-through on commitments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent Agile delivery coordination role.
• Technical comfort with reading basic architecture diagrams, API descriptions, and service-level discussions.
• Ability to follow conversations about services, APIs, and agent-based systems well enough to plan around them and ask informed questions.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Baseline AI literacy, including understanding how AI works, recognizing useful AI scenarios, directing AI effectively, evaluating AI outputs, and using AI responsibly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience coordinating delivery for a software engineering team, particularly one working on AI or LLM-based features.
• Scrum or Agile certification.
• Experience maintaining delivery visibility across multiple partner teams or platform initiatives
