We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead with 5 to 8 years of expertise in Golang development, REST API engineering, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development experience and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, solution design, and continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Design and implement microservices architecture for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical architecture reviews.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and shared services.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and production-readiness activities.
• Work with databases, caching solutions, and messaging systems to support application requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and drive timely resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical excellence initiatives.
• Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and backend engineering.
• Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
• Knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions.
