Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking instrumentation professionals to review instrument indexes, datasheets, and DCS/PLC wiring for project execution. You will prepare cable schedules and BOMs, perform loop checks, and assist with installation, configuration, and commissioning of field instruments.

The role includes validating vendor documents, coordinating technical offers, and training contractor personnel to ensure safe, compliant operation of plants and systems.

Qualifications

• Prepare instrument datasheet, sizing and selection review.
• Review instrument index and IO list and supporting documents.
• Cable schedule, JB schedule and BOM preparation for construction.
• Loop checking from field and DCS side, instrumentation configuration.
• Training to contractors and technicians on installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Review & preparation of instrument index, instrument IO list.

• Coordinate RFI with vendors for technical offers and follow-up.
• Review vendor documents and supporting instrument-lead for detail engineering.

• Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of instruments.
• Provide training to contractors and technicians.

• Loop checking from field as well as DCS side,
  Instruments configuration & calibration.
• Instrument installation as per standards,
  Configuration and commissioning.
• Training to contractors manpower and
  technicians.
