With 1.5+ years of experience and fluent English, you will troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint), and network issues, delivering remote and on-site assistance.

• 1.5+ years of desktop support experience.
• Any Graduate qualification required.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and end-user issues.
• Provide strong technical support for Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• Troubleshoot O365 login, authentication, email, mailbox, synchronization, and application-related issues.
• Handle user account, password, access, and basic Microsoft 365 administration-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents through the ticketing system within defined SLAs.
• Provide remote and on-site support to end users.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
