Job summary

JITO is hiring a Content Designer to create original visual assets that bring product concepts and marketing strategies to life. This entry-level role in Chennai requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as strong design sensibility across various mediums.

The candidate will work closely with the Product & Marketing Lead on projects like packaging design and marketing collaterals while managing workflow and conducting quality checks.

The Content Designer is responsible for creating original, production-ready visual assets that bring product concepts and marketing strategies to life. Working closely with the Product & Marketing Lead, this role covers packaging design (sleeve boxes, hard boxes, booklets) and marketing collaterals (catalogues, flyers, banners, price lists).

Responsibilities

Brief Intake: Understand project requirements, clarify design rationale, and verify resources. Design Research: Analyze concepts, ensure originality, and prepare assets using AI tools. Visual Execution: Create unique designs in Adobe Creative Suite/CorelDRAW, applying print specifications and digital optimizations. Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and provide progress updates. Review & Finalization: Submit designs, implement feedback, conduct QA checks, and organize files for production handoff.
