Static Equipment and Package Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech or B.E. Mechanical
• Minimum 15 years experience in a reputed organization

Key Skills

• Design & detailed engineering of static equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, bioreactors, fermenters, columns, storage tanks, silos, hoppers, boiler chimneys, API tanks (fire/raw water storage, ammonia storage, large capacity liquid storage, hydrogen/ammonia pellets)
• Experience with national and international pressure standards: ASME Sec VIII Div. I & II, PD 5500, EN‑13445, AD 2000, IS 2825, IS 803, API 650, API 620, etc.
• Detailed engineering for package equipment including pumps, cooling towers, compressors, pharma machinery, boilers, material handling; preparation of technical specifications, data sheets, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, and quality compliance.
• Knowledge of utility systems such as cooling water, boilers, compressed air, instrument air, and nitrogen systems.
