Static Equipment and Package Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a reputed organization

Key Skills

• Design and detailed engineering of static equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, bioreactors, fermenters, columns, storage tanks, silos, hoppers, boiler chimneys, API tanks (fire/storage, raw water storage, ammonia storage, large capacity liquid storage, hydrogen/ammonia bullet tanks) across national and international pressure codes (ASME Sec VIII Div. I & II, PD 5500, EN-13445, AD 2000, IS 2825, IS 803, API 650, API 620)
• Detailed engineering for package equipment (pumps, cooling towers, compressors, pharma machinery, boilers, material handling) including preparation of technical specifications, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review, and maintaining quality norms
• Knowledge of utilities systems such as cooling water, boilers, compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, and related support services
