Job summary

Dexler Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior Design & Engineering Lead to drive the solar design for ground-mounted projects above 5 MW. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, review technical drawings, and ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

The role requires 8–14 years in solar design, strong knowledge of PV components, and hands-on expertise with AutoCAD, PVSyst, HelioScope, and SketchUp. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• 8-14 years of experience in solar system design (>5 MW ground-mounted projects).
• 3-5 years in a design leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, modules, transformers, and mounting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, SketchUp, HelioScope, and solar design tools.
• Knowledge of IEC, NEC, and local standards and regulations.

• Support continuous improvement of design processes and engineering standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
