AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Highways Engineer/Technical Lead to join our Gurgaon office. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams on complex international highway projects, provide technical direction, and manage budgets, resources, quality, and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of consultancy experience and is proficient in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MX and AutoCAD, with strong knowledge of international highway standards and stakeholder-management skills.
