Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group in Gurgaon seeks an Engineer II with 5 years of highway design experience to lead design teams on major projects using Open Roads, InRoads and Civil 3D in line with DMRB standards. On-site role at DLF Cyber City, you will collaborate with clients and senior engineers to deliver feasibility and detailed designs.

The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians, produce technical reports and presentations, and thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute.
• 5 years’ experience in design of Highways.
• Experience of Open Roads, InRoads, Civil 3D (compulsory).
• Working experience to DMRB.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, seniors, team members and clients.
• Experience in leading a team of junior engineers and CAD technicians.
• Experience of major highway projects at feasibility and detailed design stages.
• A team player and work in collaboration.
• Competency in writing technical reports and making presentations.
