Your impact
Summary
The Candidate shall have 20+ years of working experience to support the Electrical Design team on Power System design for all Voltage levels up to 220 KV & above as per technical skills listed below. The Candidate shall support the Discipline Manager & Engineering team in achieving the project goals, complying Jacob’s project and engineering process and procedure, provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
This position involves managing a team of resources and adapting to project requirements plans to meet the timelines within the stipulated budget, problem solving skills and innovative approach to different challenges as guided by policies, procedures and business plan. The offered position provides leadership, champions inclusion and diversity, drives global delivery, supports a culture of innovation applies a disciplined deployment and has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own area of specialty.
