Job summary

Livspace is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager - Design in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh to oversee the month-by-month design activity for multiple projects. You will lead a team of designers, ensuring productive output, coaching on technical design aspects, and steering design discussions with clients.

You will drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, cycle-time optimization, and collaborative problem solving, while maintaining high design standards across all ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month.
• Ensure output quality for a team of 6 to 10 designers.
• Drive customer experience and relationship management.
• Train designers on technical details and lead design discussions.
