Job summary

Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) in Bengaluru seeks a senior structural engineer to lead design of highrise and complex steel structures. You will guide a team of six senior design engineers, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure conformance with IS/BS/EN/AISC codes.

Role requires strong leadership and independent project management. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, organizing site and shop visits, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of structural engineering and design principles.
• Experience with highrise and complex steel structures.
• Proficient in connection design and development.
• Familiarity with IS, BS, EN and AISC codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a design team and guide engineers on projects.
• Attend client meetings, site and shop visits to ensure design alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders including clients and sites.
• Lead and organize projects and supervise a team size of 6 senior design engineers.
