Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior Architect to lead architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. You will guide design concepts, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligned with regulatory and sustainability standards.

You will mentor junior architects, oversee site visits, and continuously improve design processes to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and SketchUp.
• Comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing architectural concepts for hospitality-led projects.
