Livspace is seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead in Hyderabad to drive design excellence and manage a team of 6–10 designers on 12–15 residential projects each month. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in residential interior design and proven project management skills. You will be responsible for design reviews, client interactions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–10 Interior Designers
• Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover
• Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals
• Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
• Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects
