Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall creative vision aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead campaign ideation, brainstorming, and creative execution.
• Mentor graphic designers, motion designers, and video editors.
• Oversee creation of social assets, banners, emails, brochures, packaging, print ads, and decks.
• Lead production of brand films, product videos, reels, explainers, and corporate videos.
• Develop high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
• Support UI and web creatives including landing pages and microsites.
• Maintain brand consistency and timely delivery of all assets.

The role involves leading creative direction for branding, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, videos, digital assets, UI creatives, and marketing collateral while mentoring and managing a multidisciplinary creative team.
