Job summary

A leading design and advertising agency in Mumbai is seeking a Lead UI UX Designer to provide thought leadership for UI UX designers. This role requires over 6 years of experience, ability to manage a team of designers, and strong skills in creating user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and back-end development, and will work closely with various departments to enhance user experience. This is a full-time position based on-site in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in core UI UX.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with different departments (BD, Developers & Project Managers).
• Lead regular creative sessions and foster a learning environment.
• Create user-centered designs considering competitors' analysis.
• Quickly create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Stay updated with competitor products and industry trends.
• Perform UI/UX audits and tests to optimize user experience.
• Simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive UI.
• Maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications.
• Work closely with developers during implementation.
• Create seamless design systems.

Lead UI UX Designer - Work from Office

To provide thought leadership, training and inspiration for UI UX designers in Schbang

Experience required:

6+ years' of experience in core UI UX | Ability to manage a team of 4-5 designers

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate with different departments (BD, Developers & Project Managers)


• Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces


• Create user-centered designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities


• Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new ideas


• Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends in order to incorporate them into the design process


• Perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis


• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI


• Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications


• Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in development


• Ability to create seamless design systems
