  • Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project schedules.
  • Manage multiple design assignments and prioritise deliverables based on project requirements.
  • Support value engineering and identify opportunities to optimise cost without compromising design intent.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, templates, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth transition from design development to execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team capabilities.
  • Stay updated on commercial interior trends, workplace design, materials, sustainability, and emerging design practices.

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Ability to read and review architectural drawings, technical documentation, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail, functionality, aesthetics, and buildability.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Good understanding of project budgets, timelines, cost optimisation, and commercial considerations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, client-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical and execution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and design deliverables simultaneously.
