Job summary

TUD Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned interior designer to craft immersive, functional spaces across residential and commercial sectors in India.

You’ll translate client vision into detailed layouts, mood boards, and 3D renderings, guiding projects from concept to on-site execution with precision. Ideal candidates bring strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit or 3ds Max, plus a portfolio of 5+ completed interiors.

Qualifications

• Must-have: proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools.
• Experience with material sourcing and vendor coordination a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing 5+ completed interior projects (residential or commercial).
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Indian building regulations and spatial standards.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver full-scope interior design solutions from space planning to final execution oversight.
• Collaborate directly with clients to capture functional and aesthetic requirements within budget.
• Create mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure design integrity during installation.
• Manage project timelines, scope changes, and client feedback to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated with global interior trends, sustainable materials, and local regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver full-scope interior design solutions—from space planning and material selection to 3D visualization and final execution oversight.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints; translate them into feasible, compelling designs.
• Create detailed mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure design integrity during installation and fit-out phases.
• Manage project timelines, scope changes, and client feedback loops—ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Stay current with global interior trends, sustainable materials, smart-home integrations, and local building codes relevant to Indian urban markets.
• Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee work at the site to ensure execution matches approved drawings.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proficiency in SketchUp
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max or Revit
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with material sourcing and vendor coordination
• Working knowledge of Indian building regulations and spatial standards
• Portfolio showcasing 5+ completed interior projects (residential or commercial)
• Strong client communication & presentation skills
• Preferred
• Experience with sustainable & biophilic design principles
• Familiarity with BIM workflows or smart home integration design
• Prior on-site project execution in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or Pune
