Job summary

ASSPL - Maharashtra is seeking a skilled visual designer to concept and execute creatives for OTT, digital campaigns, and social media. You will develop innovative design solutions for marketing launches and promotional activities, using AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

You will adapt designs across formats and platforms while ensuring brand consistency, and collaborate with marketing, content, product, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in visual design and advertising across media and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling creatives for OTT platforms, digital campaigns, and social media.
• Develop design solutions for marketing campaigns, content launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing projects.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, image generation, retouching, upscaling, and creative exploration to improve quality and efficiency.
• Adapt and optimize designs across formats, platforms, and screen sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create engaging static and motion creatives for digital and entertainment campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
• Maintain attention to typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and AI-powered creative technologies.
