Job summary

ASSPL - Maharashtra is seeking a highly creative Mid-Senior Graphic Designer to craft visuals for OTT platforms, digital campaigns, and social media, leveraging Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

You will adapt designs for multiple formats, collaborate with marketing and content teams, and stay ahead of trends in AI-powered creative tech and digital entertainment formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in visual design and advertising across media and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling creatives for OTT platforms, digital campaigns, and social media.
• Develop innovative design solutions for marketing campaigns, content launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing projects.
• Leverage AI tools for design, ideation, image generation, retouching, upscaling, compositing, and creative exploration to improve quality and efficiency.
• Adapt and optimize designs across multiple formats, platforms, and screen sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create engaging static and motion creatives for digital and entertainment-focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs within deadlines.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative technologies, OTT trends, and digital entertainment formats.
