Job summary

Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Design Executive Luxe Segment to lead the complete design-to-order journey for premium clients.

You will translate requirements into precise 2D layouts and 3D renders, measure sites, and collaborate with architects, production, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution. Ideal candidates will be proficient in AutoCAD and rendering tools, with strong cost awareness, premium materials knowledge, and demonstrated client-handling skills for HNI

Qualifications

• AutoCAD mandatory for design-to-order work.
• Proficient in SketchUp or 3ds Max and related rendering tools.
• Knowledge of Enscape or V-Ray preferred for visuals.
• Strong understanding of modular furniture and premium materials.
• Experience with site measurements and working/production drawings.
• Good MS Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent client-handling, especially with HNI clients and architects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and upsell effectively.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Design Executive will handle the complete design-to-order journey for premium/HNI clients from understanding requirements and site measurements to design, costing, client presentations, order conversion, and execution handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle HNI/Luxe clients independently and convert designs into confirmed orders.
• Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle, and design preferences.
• Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, and working drawings in AutoCAD.
• Create 3D designs and renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare execution-friendly designs.
• Guide clients on premium materials, finishes, accessories, and upgrades.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely design approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, production, and installation teams.
• Visit sites to resolve technical/design issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate drawings, documentation, and design handovers.

Must-Have Skills

• AutoCAD Mandatory
• SketchUp / 3ds Max or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of modular furniture and premium materials
