Job summary

iSprout - Managed Office Space is seeking a Design Executive to support the design and execution of managed office and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace design, excellent technical drawing skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.

You will develop design concepts, prepare space plans and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and VRay, and ensure projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial interior design.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, VRay.
• Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts and proposals for managed office and commercial workplace projects.
• Prepare space plans, layouts, design presentations, and detailed technical drawings.
• Translate client requirements and brand guidelines into functional and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure designs are practical, space-efficient, and aligned with workplace standards and project requirements.
• Support material, furniture, finishes, lighting, and other design selections.
• Ensure design implementation follows applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Participate in client presentations, design discussions, site visits, and project review meetings.
• Coordinate design deliverables and timelines to ensure projects are completed within agreed schedules.Review site execution and provide design inputs to ensure the final output aligns with the approved design intent.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of commercial interior design, space planning, space optimization, and workplace design.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and office design standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
